This is my favourite season, I love everything : colors, smells, dull skies, cold sun, hot chocolate, cosy clothes and many more!
"It's not right for you,
If you really have to think about it..." > The Script
"With the moonlight to guide you,Feel the joy of being alive, The day that you stop running, Is the day that you arrive And the night that you got locked in, Was the time to decide, Stop chasing shadows, Just enjoy the ride..." > Morcheeba

I’ve left the cold of my winter for summer
Yes, summer and sun are finally there!
“And if we should die tonight
Then we should all die together
Raise a glass of wine for the last time
Cooling out for the rope
Prepare as we will
Watch the flames burn over and over
The mountrains sigh…” > Ed Sheeran

what is this thing...?
I know I've not made a music review for a long time...(last was in September).
This winter, I was listening to the radio when I heard a voice that I already knew, but couldn't name whose it was... : Tom Smith *, vocalist of Editors (I saw them once in live, few years ago, but didn't really begin to listen to them properly since now...).
Their last album is gorgeous and romantic (look at that beautiful picture cover!)! There is all kinds of songs and I really appreciate Tom's voice which is deep, clear and responding perfectely to violins...
Besides this album, here the songs I add to my winter playlist :
Joshua Radin - "cross that line" / "with me" / "Like they used to" / "your rainy days"
Maximo Park - "Books from boxes"
Boy & Bear - "Fall at your feet"
Foster the People - "Waste" / "Coming of age"
Tired Pony - "Carve our names" / "Ravens and wolves"
The Wombats - "1996"
Balthazar - "Leipzig"
George Ezra - " Did you hear the rain?"
The 1975 - "Girls"
Henson Keaton - "10am gare du nord" / "on the news"
Eskobar - "One day"
Scissor sister - "Only the horses"
Andrew Belle - "Dark matter" / "sister" / "The Daylight"
Eliott Smith - "Between the bars"
The Boxer Rebellion - "Keep moving"
Andy Burrows - "Shaking the color"
The Rambling Wheels - "Marylou"
*Tom Smith also worked with Andy Burrows on Smith&Burrows project :)

cold is coming...
but I love that dull, red-coloured, cold days of November...
"I went back, I went back to your love
And I felt so many wrongs
That I wasted on you by the crowd
And I called, you called me
And I whispered your name
I went home, we stared blank
To the pages I loved
Well, I just wanna compliment your soul
I just wanna compliment your soul
Yeah, I just wanna compliment..."

And I called, you called me
And I whispered your name
I went home, we stared blank
To the pages I loved
Well, I just wanna compliment your soul
I just wanna compliment your soul
Yeah, I just wanna compliment..."

'Eternal Optimistic' is my favourite Essie nail polish! I was searching this shade for a long time and this one is just perfect...besides that I just fell in love with Essie itself...
How I can summarize it: soft pink = classy and girly

"Take
a bunch of optimists, and drop ‘em in the same boat
I don’t
really gotta' take so long - take so long
but I'm
missin’ all the times in the past
when I couldn’t see your face at

What I've made in the month...and what I've listened too!

Rock'n'Rain
Blue sky doesn't exist since my last post and it is still raining... Nevertheless I am lucky for 2 things :
1) there are at least 50 shades of grey (haha, I didn't mean to) in the clouds. That's so beautiful, I think!
2) I still live in my parents' house and my dad has a huge collection of CDs and vinyls and I completely enjoy listening to them during the whole afternoon, with a cup of chai tea, some raspberry chocolate and a book (If you could see me now by Cecelia Ahern, for example)!!!
This is the list of tracks that combines songs I've discovered and really like and the favourite ones of my dad(OK, there are so many more for him ( I didn't have time to listen to everything...), but I choose one per artist that we really appreciate)
"We get the dreams that we deserve
The magazines that we deserve
Page one and three that we deserve
The joy and the pain that we deserve
The sun and the rain that we deserve
The material gain that we deserve
We get what we deserve
...
We get what we want if we really want it
We get what we want if we're really honest
You know what you are
You know what you want
You know what you deserve..." > Marillion
